As the first point of contact when starting your finance journey you can ensure that you will be guided through the process with ease and as much assistance as she can provide. With a background in the building/construction industry, Jess brings a variety of strengths to the team but felt drawn to the finance industry and is passionate about learning all things finance and getting our clients the best outcomes! When she isn't helping our customers complete their Fact Finds, she is a busy mum to 4 boys with weekends spent at team sports!

I am a Broker Service Expert from Loan Market, responsible for reviewing, validating and to ensure completeness of client's mortgage loan application documents for submission to lenders. In my previous role with the Banking Industry, I served as Loan Officer for 6 years. Mu duties and responsibility to process loan applications from start to finish, including mortgage refinancing and educating clients about their different financing options. I have interacted with diverse customers on a constant basis, promoting excellent communication and customer service skills. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, and currently living in Manila, Philippines.
