After 10 years working as a Senior Business Banking Manager at nab, Ben has brought his specialty in Residential, Commercial, and Agri lending to the team at NCFS. Outside of work you'll find Ben out and about with his lovely wife and four kids enjoying the beautiful Northern Rivers, or on the golf course enjoying a cold beer!

James prides himself on ensuring the client receives the best possible experience throughout their time with NCFS. He goes above and beyond to help the client every step of the way in the confronting process of obtaining finance. His bubbly nature and his passion for helping people are what make him strive to achieve his daily goals. When James is outside of work, you’ll find him either at the beach or fulfilling his studies in business, mortgage broking, and finance.

As a credit analyst for NCFS, Ethan assists our brokers with assessing and making decisions about customers' credit applications. He is a key conduit between our customers and finding the perfect bank for them. His curiosity and perspective, along with his strong penchant for numbers, make him the perfect fit for this job, and gets a rush out of helping people fulfill their goals and dreams. Ethan holds a bachelor in Actuarial Studies, giving him advanced knowledge, analytical, problem-solving, and research skills that are highly sought after in business. He is also undertaking a diploma in mortgage broking so he can better assist his customers. Outside of work you’ll find Ethan playing and following basketball and also out on the water with his stand-up paddle board.

Since joining the NCFS team in March 2023, Olivia has been an asset to the team in delivering client results. Olivia has a Bachelor of Business and has a background of finance broking from her time in Melbourne. Olivia is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and is currently completing her Cert IV in mortgage and finance broking to further her ability to assist clients. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys going to the beach, traveling, spending time with friends and family and reading.

New to the finance game but not to the customer service industry, Jess comes with over 15 years of administrative and customer service experience. As the first point of contact when starting your finance journey you can ensure that you will be guided through the process with ease and as much assistance as she can provide. With a background in the building/construction industry, Jess brings a variety of strengths to the team but felt drawn to the finance industry and is passionate about learning all things finance and getting our clients the best outcomes! When she isn't helping our customers complete their Fact Finds, she is a busy mum to 4 boys with weekends spent at team sports!

I am a Broker Service Expert from Loan Market, responsible for reviewing, validating and to ensure completeness of client's mortgage loan application documents for submission to lenders. In my previous role with the Banking Industry, I served as Loan Officer for 6 years. Mu duties and responsibility to process loan applications from start to finish, including mortgage refinancing and educating clients about their different financing options. I have interacted with diverse customers on a constant basis, promoting excellent communication and customer service skills. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, and currently living in Manila, Philippines.
